What is your commission rate?

For every sale generated through your referral, you will receive 20% recurring commission for the first 12 months or until the date the customer cancels their subscription, whichever comes first.

What is the payment method?

Currently, we pay via PayPal and Wise.

How can I join your affiliate program?

To join our program, sign up for free from here: https://chatling.tolt.io.

Do I have to wait for approval?

Yes, we manually review accounts and approve them. The approval is usually done within 48 hours.

Where can I view my affiliate earnings?

Your earnings will be displayed in your Chatling affiliate dashboard.

When will I be paid?

Commissions are paid on a Net 30 basis — within 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned. Make sure to enter your payout information to avoid delays in payment.

What is the minimum threshold for payout?

There is no minimum threshold limit. Whether you earn $10 or thousands, you will get paid every month.

Where can I get my affiliate URL?

Go to the Dashboard and you will find your affiliate URL under the Links section.
